“My husband and I walked around with Joe as he performed the inspection, and he explained what he found. He also answered all our questions without ever becoming annoyed. We have purchased other homes in the past, and we've used other inspectors, but Joe is the only one we'd recommend, and the only one we'd use again. After the inspection, he emailed us the next day the complete report that included very clear pictures. I forwarded the report on to the furnace guy who would be following up with the necessary repairs, and even he commented how excellent the pictures were. He said that often they can't make out what inspectors' pictures are showing, but Joe's pictures were very clear. I'd also like to mention that Joe used some high tech instruments to measure the moisture in the crawl space air and in the wood joists. We learned we need to take steps to prevent damage to the home. From the beginning to the end of the 4-hour inspection, we couldn't have been more pleased.”

“Joe was professional, friendly with great attention to detail. I was pleased that his visit was approximately 4 hours. He answered all of our questions and gave his recommendations. After telling the seller what I wanted fixed and repaired, weeks later, Joe followed up with a re-inspection to check to see if those items were fixed. This was an additional charge of less than $100 and totally worth it for the peace of mind. Joe found out that the damaged shingles were not replaced and the fireplace was not fixed. The seller later said he would not be able to fix the fireplace, but would repair the damaged shingles. Thanks to Joe's due diligence, we were able to get the proper repairs fixed and we are now living in the home of our dreams.
