With over 20 years of experience as a manufacturing/facilities engineer, I have overseen the design, installation and operation of numerous mechanical, electrical, and water treatment systems. The skills and knowledge I acquired from this experience translates directly to the field of home inspections as most of the systems and components found in a home are scaled-down versions of the ones found in industry.
I have inspected everything from one bedroom condos to 7500 square feet estates. No home is too big or too small!
